MTW Wire / TEW Cable (Bare Copper) Construction:

• Insulation: Polyvinylchloride (PVC)

MTW Wire / TEW Cable Applications:

• MTW Wire is machine tool wire that features a stranded, bare copper conductor that is insulated with polyvinylchloride (PVC). MTW cable is moisture resistant and passes the VW-1 flame test. TEW cable is used for the wiring of machine tools, appliances, and control cabinets. This UL 1028, UL 1283, and UL 1284 rated MTW wire can also be used in electronic circuits and switchboards.
